We own 130 hectares of prime
land in Carmelo, Colonia (Uruguay) on the Rio de la Plata waterfront,
gently sloping towards the water, with sea view from all parts of the
property and 2km white, sandy private beaches.
We are looking for a strong
business partner interested in developing a premium "gated community"
project for over 300 townhouses, including a Marina for 250 yachts, Club
House, vineyard, leisure and recreational facilities.
This development is aimed
primarily at high net worth individuals from Argentina and Brazil, who
are looking for a town house with particular amenities. Throughout the
past decade there has been a strong growth of gated or planned
communities set around special themes (e.g. golf, yachting, polo,
"green", ) mainly in the outskirts of Buenos Aires, Argentina, at a mere
23 km of Carmelo, and lately in Uruguay, with its natural sandy beaches,
nspoilt nature and low living costs.
We hold all local government
permissions to develop this project, and are currently the only property
in the western coast of Uruguay that holds planning permission for
a gated community.

joined in order to build 250 single-family detached homes and 200 or
more flats in various apartment blocks, making use of the gentle slope
and benefitting from the spectacular sea views. Our permit allows
construction up to 15m height in various apartment buildings/blocks.
· Optional the harbour
area may accommodate a luxury hotel, as well as commercial units, e.g. a
Luxury Hotel with
20 suites, spa, gym, recreational facilities, as well as condos, and
shops.
